  • Document Distribution: Provide executed documents to all parties via email for seamless communication.
  • Buyer’s Agent Support: Send copies of addenda/reports to the buyer’s agent to enhance collaboration.
  • Document Management: Upload all documents to our secure, cloud-based service as soon as received or executed.
  • Title Company Coordination: Forward all necessary documents to the title company to maintain progress.
  • Addenda Preparation: Prepare and distribute necessary addenda to relevant parties once executed.
  • Escrow Tracking: Monitor escrow time frames for timely document and deposit handling.
  • Service Contracts: Coordinate the transfer of existing service contracts for a smooth transition.
  • Constant Communication: Maintain regular contact with all parties to keep everyone informed.
  • Closing Preparation: Ensure the closing company has commission and closing cost credit information.
  • HUD Statement: Forward the HUD statement to the agent for review.
  • Brokerage Compliance: Submit necessary brokerage compliance forms.
  • HOA/Condominium Documents: Ensure provision of HOA/Condominium documents as per the sales agreement.
  • Closing Logistics: Schedule final walkthrough and coordinate closing logistics for a seamless process.

  • Document Review: Review the purchase agreement and addenda meticulously, ensuring accuracy in spelling, dates, signatures, and initials.
  • Document Distribution: Provide executed documents to all involved parties via email for efficient communication.
  • Reports for Buyer: Ensure that your buyer receives copies of all reports, including inspections, appraisals, and repairs.
  • Inspections and Appraisals: Schedule inspections and coordinate appraisals in collaboration with the agent.
  • HOA/Condo Application: Ensure timely submission of HOA/condo applications, if applicable.
  • Document Management: Upload all reports, disclosures, and documents to our secure, cloud-based service upon receipt or execution.
  • Title and Lender Coordination: Send all necessary documents to the title company and lender for a smooth transaction process.
